What is MyPoreAi?
MyPoreAi is a personalized skincare routine app for iOS. It builds daily AM/PM routines from your actual products, skin profile, and real-time conditions — then adapts over time as it learns what works for you.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. The core app — routine generation, learning, and all personalization — works fully offline. An internet connection is only needed for optional AI-assisted features (product photo scanning and ingredient analysis).
Do I need to create an account?
No. MyPoreAi requires no account, no email, and no sign-up. Your data is stored on your device.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored locally on your device. There are no MyPoreAi servers storing your information. If you enable iCloud sync, data syncs via Apple CloudKit across your devices. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What HealthKit data does MyPoreAi access?
If you grant permission, MyPoreAi reads: menstrual flow, sleep analysis, dietary water intake, and heart rate variability (HRV). All HealthKit data is processed on-device and never transmitted to any server. See our Privacy Policy for details on each data type.
Is MyPoreAi a medical app?
No. MyPoreAi is a wellness and organization tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The pregnancy ingredient screening feature flags ingredients commonly recommended to avoid based on published dermatological guidelines — it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider.
Is MyPoreAi free?
Yes. MyPoreAi is completely free during the beta period, including unlimited AI product lookups. Premium tiers will be introduced later.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes all locally stored data. If you have iCloud sync enabled, you can delete synced data via iOS Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage.
