What is MyPoreAi?

MyPoreAi is a skincare routine app for iOS. It builds your daily AM and PM routines from products you actually own, adjusts them to your skin, your weather, your cycle, your sleep — and gets better at it the more you use it.

Do I need an internet connection?

Nope. Routine generation, learning, all the personalization — that all works offline. You only need internet for the optional AI features, like scanning a product label or looking up ingredients.

Do I need to create an account?

No account, no email, no sign-up. Everything lives on your device.

Where is my data stored?

On your device. There are no MyPoreAi servers storing your information. If you turn on iCloud sync, your data syncs across your Apple devices through CloudKit — but it never passes through us. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

What Apple Health data does MyPoreAi use?

If you give permission, MyPoreAi can read menstrual cycle data, sleep, water intake, and heart rate variability (HRV) from Apple Health. All of it stays on your device — none of it is ever sent anywhere. See our Privacy Policy for details on each data type.

Is MyPoreAi a medical app?

No. MyPoreAi is a wellness and organization tool. It doesn't provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The pregnancy checking feature flags ingredients commonly recommended to avoid — but it's not a replacement for professional medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider.

Is MyPoreAi free?

Yes — everything is free during the beta, including unlimited AI lookups. No paywalls, no feature gates. Premium tiers will come later.

How do I delete my data?

Deleting the app removes all locally stored data. If you have iCloud sync enabled, you can delete synced data via iOS Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage.
